3. Handmade Products and Customisation
Many Design Stop products are handmade or customised according to individual customer requirements.
- Minor variations in colour, design, texture, finish, and dimensions may occur because of the handmade production process.
- Product photographs are provided for reference. The actual product may differ slightly due to lighting, display settings, materials, or handcrafted details.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate customisation instructions, measurements, spelling, names, colours, and other relevant specifications.
- Customised products may require additional preparation time depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of materials.
- Once custom production has commenced, changes to the order may not be possible.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the finished product matches the agreed specifications.
4. Orders and Confirmation
Orders may be placed through our available communication channels or other ordering methods offered by Design Stop.
An enquiry or quotation does not constitute a confirmed order. An order will be considered confirmed once Design Stop communicates its acceptance and any applicable advance payment or other agreed requirements have been fulfilled.
Customers must review their order details and customisation requirements before confirming the purchase.
Design Stop reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary due to material unavailability, production limitations, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, or other valid reasons, subject to applicable law. Any payment received for an unfulfilled cancelled order will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund terms and legal requirements.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices will be communicated before order confirmation.
- Prices may vary according to materials, design complexity, customisation, quantity, and labour requirements.
- Any applicable delivery charges, taxes, or additional costs will be communicated where relevant.
- Customers must make payments through the payment methods accepted by Design Stop.
- Advance payments, where agreed, must be paid before the relevant production or service begins.
- Orders or registrations may be placed on hold if agreed payment requirements are not fulfilled.
Any changes to the agreed price or scope of work must be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
6. Delivery and Order Fulfilment
Delivery timelines, where applicable, will be communicated during order confirmation.
Delivery may depend on product availability, the complexity of customisation, production time, courier services, and the delivery location.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Delays caused by incorrect details, courier issues, unforeseen circumstances, or events beyond our reasonable control may affect the estimated delivery date.
Where applicable, customers should inspect their products upon receipt and promptly contact Design Stop if they notice damage, missing items, or a mismatch with the confirmed order.
7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Customers should contact Design Stop as early as possible to request an order cancellation or modification.
- Cancellation requests for standard products will be assessed according to the order status and applicable cancellation policy.
- For customised or made-to-order products, cancellation may be restricted once materials have been purchased or production has started, subject to applicable law.
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered by the customer may not qualify for a return, except where required by law.
- If a product is defective, damaged during delivery, or materially different from the confirmed specifications, customers should contact us promptly with relevant details and photographs, where available.
- Approved refunds, replacements, or other resolutions will be handled according to the circumstances, the agreed order terms, and applicable law.
Any advance payment or cancellation charge will be handled according to the terms communicated before the order is confirmed and applicable legal requirements. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights.

Design Stop may reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will communicate the available arrangements, such as rescheduling or an applicable refund, in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable law.
9. Safety and Participant Responsibility
Participants must follow the safety instructions provided during classes and workshops, particularly when using paints, scissors, needles, embroidery tools, adhesives, or other craft materials.
Parents, guardians, schools, and organising institutions must provide any necessary permissions and supervision arrangements for minors, as applicable.
Participants should inform the organiser in advance of any relevant accessibility requirements or safety concerns that may affect participation.
Design Stop will take reasonable steps to maintain a safe learning environment. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, original designs, artwork, photographs, illustrations, instructional materials, written content, and other creative assets developed by Design Stop remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
Customers may use purchased products for their intended personal or agreed purpose. Purchasing a product does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying design or grant permission to reproduce, commercially exploit, distribute, or resell the design.
Customers must obtain appropriate permission before reproducing or commercially using Design Stop's original creative materials.
Where customers provide their own photographs, logos, artwork, or other materials for customisation, they are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
13. Privacy and Personal Information
Personal information provided to Design Stop will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.
Customers and participants should provide accurate information and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal details through public comments or social media channels.
14. Third-Party Platforms
Design Stop may use third-party platforms, including social media, messaging applications, payment services, and delivery services, to communicate with customers or provide its services.

15. Changes to These Terms
Design Stop may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in products, services, business practices, or legal requirements.
Updated terms will be published or communicated through the relevant channel, where applicable, along with the revised effective date. Changes will not override rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be altered.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from the products or services offered by Design Stop should first be addressed through good-faith communication between the customer and Design Stop.
